International Journal of Advances in Business and Management Research (IJABMR)

Peer Review Process

An editorial board serves as the direction for the International Journal of Advance Business and Management Research (IJABMR). The editorial board encouraged submissions, brought in new authors, and offered professional advice on content.

The Editorial Board and Editorial Advisory Board are a group of subject-matter specialists for the publication. We are extending an invitation to everyone who is interested in publishing their real research findings with us. In order to maximise your chances of publication, kindly adhere to the indicated publication process. In accordance with Swami Vivekananda Global Academy Publication, contributions are routinely checked for plagiarism. It is expected of authors to assume full responsibility for research work that is published and to guarantee that the submitted work is not pre-published.

The International Journal of Advances in Business and Management Research (IJABMR) follows a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality, validity, and reliability of the articles published. The peer review process is crucial in maintaining the integrity and academic standards of the journal.

Here is an overview of the peer review process followed by IJABMR:

  1. Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal's online submission system, adhering to the submission guidelines and formatting requirements outlined by IJABMR.
  2. Editorial Assessment: Upon receipt of a submission, the Editor-in-Chief and/or the editorial board reviews the manuscript to assess its suitability for the journal. They evaluate factors such as the topic's relevance to the journal's scope, adherence to submission guidelines, and overall quality.
  3. PLAGIARISM: To ensure uniqueness, every paper submitted to our publication is carefully reviewed. Any article that demonstrates plagiarism will be rejected because of our rigorous stance against it. We stress the significance of scientific papers upholding their uniqueness and academic integrity. The integrity of research and intellectual work is threatened by plagiarism, and we are dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards in our journal.
  4. Peer Review Assignment: If the manuscript passes the initial editorial assessment, it is assigned to expert reviewers who possess relevant expertise in the manuscript's subject area. IJABMR follows a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of both the authors and reviewers are kept confidential.
  5. Peer Review: Reviewers thoroughly evaluate the manuscript, assessing factors such as the research methodology, theoretical framework, data analysis, conclusions, and overall contribution to the field. They provide constructive feedback, suggestions for improvement, and recommend one of the following decisions:
  6. Acceptance: The manuscript is accepted for publication without requiring any major revisions.
  7. Minor Revisions: The manuscript requires minor revisions to address specific concerns raised by the reviewers.
  8. Major Revisions: The manuscript requires significant revisions and further development to meet the journal's standards.
  9. Rejection: The manuscript does not meet the journal's criteria for publication due to substantial flaws or lack of originality.
  10. Author Revision: If revisions are requested, the authors are provided with the reviewers' comments and suggestions. Authors are given a specified timeframe to revise and resubmit their manuscripts, taking into account the reviewers' feedback and addressing the required changes.
  11. Final Decision: After receiving the revised manuscript, the Editor-in-Chief and/or the editorial board evaluates whether the revisions adequately address the reviewers' concerns. Based on this evaluation, a final decision is made regarding acceptance for publication.
  12. Publication: Once a manuscript is accepted, it proceeds to the production process, including copyediting, typesetting, and formatting. The final version is then published in the appropriate issue of the journal.

The peer review process of IJABMR emphasizes fairness, objectivity, and confidentiality. It ensures that only high-quality research articles that contribute significantly to the field of business and management are published. By engaging expert reviewers, IJABMR maintains its commitment to upholding rigorous academic standards and promoting the advancement of knowledge in the discipline.
