Editorial & Reviewer Board Selection

The Editorial Board of the International Journal of Advances in Business and Management Research (IJABMR) provides essential guidance on journal policies, manuscript review, and content development. Board members help shape the journal's direction, attract high-quality submissions, and support decision-making on editorial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate submitted manuscripts.
• Advise on journal scope and policies.
• Identify topics for special issues and guest-edit them.
• Encourage new submissions and promote the journal.
• Assist the Executive Editor in resolving disagreements during the review process.

Board Member Selection:

Editorial/Reviewer Board members are nominated by the journal’s editors and publisher, with a complete review every 2-3 years. Changes can also occur if a member resigns.

Selection Criteria:

• Global representation of the journal’s reach.
• Expertise aligned with the journal’s focus.
• Affiliation with academic and research institutions.
• Experience as authors, reviewers, or guest editors.
• Recommendations from current board members.
