IJIEE

Peer Review Process

Providing extremely pertinent technological information is one of the main goals of the International Journal of Interpreting Enigma Engineers. A strict peer review procedure has been put in place by the IJIEE to guarantee the high calibre of its technical content.

IJIEE expected of the researchers that submit their manuscripts for review and eventual publication that they also peer-review at least one paper within their field. An acknowledgment and a technical paper for peer review will be sent to the author as soon as they submit a manuscript. We will review the manuscript in question concurrently with our large internal review and referee network. The peer reviewers shall be subject to the terms and conditions that apply to any general reviewer or referee. One of the main goals of any reviewer or referee is the protection of intellectual property.

Referees are official reviewers whose feedback will help the editor determine whether to publish the work and if so, what modifications should be made. Referees are required by International Journal of Interpreting Enigma Engineers to treat the contents of papers they are reviewing as confidential information that should not be shared with outside parties prior to publication. The referees' names have been withheld to protect them from any private correspondence with the author. Although the Editor always considers all reviews received, there are situations when editorial judgment must be used. Therefore, the Editor has the final say over whether something is accepted or rejected. The review process shall ensure that all authors have equal opportunity for publication of their papers.

Here is an overview of the peer review process followed by IJIEE:

1)Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal's online submission system, following the specific submission guidelines and formatting requirements outlined by IJIEE.

2)Editorial Assessment: Upon receipt of a submission, the Editor-in-Chief and/or the editorial board review the manuscript to assess its suitability for the journal. They evaluate factors such as the manuscript's alignment with the journal's scope, adherence to submission guidelines, and overall quality.

3)Plagiarism Check: To ensure the uniqueness of each submission, all manuscripts undergo a rigorous plagiarism check. IJIEE maintains a strict stance against plagiarism and insists on the importance of originality and academic integrity in scientific papers.

4)Peer Review Assignment: Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial assessment are assigned to expert reviewers with relevant expertise in the manuscript's subject area. IJIEE follows a double-blind peer review process, where both the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential.

5)Peer Review: Reviewers conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the manuscript, examining factors such as research methodology, theoretical framework, data analysis, conclusions, and the manuscript's overall contribution to the field. Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommendations, leading to one of the following decisions:

  • Acceptance: The manuscript is accepted for publication without the need for significant revisions.
  • Minor Revisions: The manuscript requires minor revisions to address specific concerns raised by the reviewers.
  • Major Revisions: The manuscript requires substantial revisions and further development to meet the journal's publication standards.
  • Rejection: Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's criteria for publication due to significant flaws or a lack of originality are rejected.

6)Author Revision: When revisions are requested, authors receive the reviewers' comments and suggestions. They are provided with a defined timeframe to revise and resubmit their manuscripts, addressing the reviewers' feedback and making necessary improvements.

7)Final Decision: After the authors resubmit their revised manuscripts, the Editor-in-Chief and/or the editorial board evaluate whether the revisions adequately address the reviewers' concerns. Based on this evaluation, a final decision is made regarding acceptance for publication.

8)Publication: Once a manuscript is accepted, it proceeds to the production process, which includes copyediting, typesetting, and formatting. The final version is then published in the appropriate issue of the journal.

This process ensures that IJIEE maintains the highest standards of originality, academic integrity, and quality in the research articles it publishes, promoting excellence in the field of engineering.

The peer review process of IJIEE emphasizes fairness, objectivity, and confidentiality. It ensures that only high-quality research articles that contribute significantly to the field of business and management are published. By engaging expert reviewers, IJIEE maintains its commitment to upholding rigorous academic standards and promoting the advancement of knowledge in the discipline.
